- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup cream cheese -- softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 cup white cooking wine or chicken broth

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350F. Pound out chicken breasts until evenly flat.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, and dill weed.
Place half of cream-cheese mixture in the center of a chicken breast. Roll up chicken breast to cover cream cheese and wrap a piece of bacon around each chicken breast. Repeat for remaining chicken breast.
Place prepared chicken breasts in a 1-quart baking dish. Add wine or chicken broth. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes to brown bacon.
