Homemade Marshmallow Fluff

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites (room temperature)
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl or electric mixer, combine egg whites, corn syrup, and salt. Mix on high speed for about 5 minutes or until the mixture is thick and volume has doubled.

On low speed, add powdered sugar and mix until blended. Add vanilla just until blended. Store in covered
container in refrigerator. Makes about 2 quarts
