POTATO MEDLEY SOUP ( Kristin Tite)

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 can chicken broth Edit Delete
  • 2 ) 4 chicken bouillon cubes Edit Delete
  • 3 ) 1 small onion, diced Edit Delete
  • 4 ) 3 celery stalks, diced Edit Delete
  • 5 ) 3 shredded carrots Edit Delete
  • 6 ) 4 cups diced potatoes Edit Delete
  • 8 ) 2 cans cream of chicken soup Edit Delete
  • 9 ) 1/2 pound velveeta cheese Edit Delete
  • 10 ) 1 package frozen corn (10 oz.) or 1 can corn

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except cheese. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add cheese. When melted, serve.
