Ingredients
- 21-25 count large shrimp, deveined and de headed.
- 1 lg. celery stalk cut small
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/8 tsp. pepper-or to tast
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill
- 2 Tbsp. lemon
- Mayo to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw shrimp completely, then put into boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Cool completely. Mix all ingredients together, chill for several hours.
