Aunt Barbara's Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 oz lemon jello
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1 c pineapple syrup and water
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c grated raw carrot
  • 2 1/2 c drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 c chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix jello with hot water. Add pineapple syrup. Cool to partially jell and then add the rest of the ingredients. Chill.
