Blueberry coffee cake w/ lemon struesel

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 6 tblsp grated butter
  • 1 tblsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • Cake
  • 8 tblsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp bkg powder
  • 1/2 tsp bkg soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350* and prepare a 9-13 pan. Combine the struesel ingredients and set aside.
Cream the sugar and butter till fluffy. Add the eggs and beat well. Add the sour cream and extract and then the flour. Add the blueberries at the end. Put it into the pan and top w/struesel.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
