Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

In lg. mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Gradually add flour, beating till combined. Beat in vanilla, stir in potato chips and nuts. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins. or till golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
