Ingredients
- 3 lbs apples, unpeeled and cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup dried fruits - cranberries, blueberries, etc.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in the pressure cooker. Bring pressure cooker up to pressure and cook for 15 minutes. Release pressure - simmer longer if necessary to reach desired consistency.
Taste compote and add more sugar, seasonings, as necessary.
