Ingredients
- 6 oz linguine
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 chopped shallots
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 lbs uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 jar of capers, drained
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Next sauté oil, shallots and garlic in a large skillet until tender. Add the shrimp, capers and lemon juice. Continue to stir and cook for about 5-6 mins until shrimp turns pink.
Drain pasta and toss together with the shrimp, chili flakes and pepper.
