Ingredients
- 1 sm. Cauliflower head
- 1 sm. Broccoli head
- 1 sm. Broccoflower head
- 2 T Butter
- 2 T Flour
- 1 C Chicken Broth
- 1 C Milk
- 1 C Shredded Cheddar
- 1/8 t Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1.Steam vegs. 6 – 9 minutes. Drain and rinse. Set aside.
2.In small saucepan, melt butter, add flour. Gradually add broth and milk, stir constantly. Simmer 1 minute.
3.Combine vegetables with sauce, simmer 5 minutes, stirring once.
