Pan Scalloped Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 sm. Cauliflower head
  • 1 sm. Broccoli head
  • 1 sm. Broccoflower head
  • 2 T Butter
  • 2 T Flour
  • 1 C Chicken Broth
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1 C Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/8 t Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1.Steam vegs. 6 – 9 minutes. Drain and rinse. Set aside.

2.In small saucepan, melt butter, add flour. Gradually add broth and milk, stir constantly. Simmer 1 minute.

3.Combine vegetables with sauce, simmer 5 minutes, stirring once.
