Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium potatoes to measure 4 cups
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 cups hot milk
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and slice potatoes. Combine flour, salt, pepper.
Chop onions. Add butter to hot milk.

Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and seasoned flour. Dot with butter. Pour hot milk over and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake covered 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
