Greek Dressing II

You have to be drinking with your friend to get into a quarrel over who makes the best Greek Salad Dressing, LOL. I listened for 30 minutes, as she slurred to me, that her Greek dressing is the best. I figured that if anything can keep a drunk's attention for 30 minutes, it has to be good, LOL.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar (use quality red wine vinegar in all salad dressings you make)
- small squirt of dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp each, Oregano and Marjoram
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 - 1 tsp lemon juice, to your taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put everything in a jar and shake until well mixed.
You can refrigerate your leftover dressing up to a week. Bring back to room temperature before using.
