Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 12 pieces of bacon (cooked and crumbled) or other meat (sausage, ham)
  • 2 cups Italian cheese blend
  • 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 5 eggs and salt and pepper together. Spread frozen hash browns over the bottom of a 9x13 tray. Sprinkle bacon (or other meat) over the hash browns. Over the top of the bacon spead 2 cups of shredded cheese. Pour the egg mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees until the eggs are set.

Freezes well.
