Rachael Ray’s Succotash

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 can 10 oz. corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion & peppers. When translucent, add well drained corn, and rinsed and drained beans. Add barbecue sauce and heat thru.

Can be eaten hot or cold, on top of salad, or thrown into broth.
