BROTH,WINE,CELERY,BAY LEAF-SIMMER 10 MINS - IN SEPERATE PAN MELT BUTTER,ADD
FLOUR AND PEPPER WHISKING BRISKLY FOR 5 MINS.
PLACE CHICKEN MIXTURE IN 2 QT CASSEROLE
ADD ROUX AND STIR - DRAPE DOUGH OVER TOP
AND BAKE 20 TO 25 MINS.
