Ingredients
- 2 cans (15-oz.) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 package (16-oz.) frozen corn, thawed
- 1 jar (16-oz) ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
- 1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
- 2 tsps. hot pepper sauce
- 1 package (9-oz.) corn chips, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
COMBINE pinto beans, corn, salsa, tomato sauce, green chiles and hot sauce in medium bowl.
SPRINKLE crushed corn chips into prepared baking dish. Pour bean mixture over corn chips. Sprinkle with cheese.
BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
