Mexican guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 fresh ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, mashed
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 TBS fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mash the avocados and add the lime juice and salt; mix well to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
