  • 1 LB MINUTE OR CUBED STEAK
  • 1 ENVELOPE LIPTON RECIPE ONION
  • 1/2 CUP WATER
  • 4 HOAGIE OR ITALIAN ROLLS SPLIT
  • 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR OR MOZ CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

IN SKILLET, OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, COOK STEAKS 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS, TURNING ONCE, REMOVE STEAKS AND KEEP WARM

IN SAME SKILLET ADD SOUP MIX BLENDED WITH WATER, COOK 2 MINUTES. RETURN STEAKS TO SKILLET AND COOK 1 MINUTE OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. TO SERVE PLACE ON ROLLS WITH SAUCE AND CHEESE.
