  • 1 LB GROUND BEEF
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC PRESSED
  • 1/3 CUP BOTTLED PICANTE SAUCE
  • 1 16 OZ CAN RE FRIED BEANS
  • 1 10 OZ CAN RED ENCHILADA SAUCE
  • 1 TSP KOSHER SALT
  • 6 CUPS TORTILLA CHIPS CRUSHED
  • 3 CUPS CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 CUP SLICED BLACK OLIVES

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375

GREASE A 9X13 GLASS PAN

IN LARGE FRYING PAN BROWN THE ONION, GARLIC, AND BEEF UNTIL ONION IS SOFT AND MEAT IS COOKED

LOWER HEAT ADD PICANTE SAUCE, BEANS, ENCHILADA SAUCE, OLIVES, AND SALT.

COOK UNTIL WELL COMBINED AND BUBBLING.

REMOVE FROM HEAT.

PLACE 1 CUP OF CHIPS ON BOTTOM OF PAN TOP WITH 1/2 MEAT MIXTURE TOP WITH ANOTHER CUP OF CHIPS, 1 1/2 CUP CHEESE. POUR REST OF MEAT MIXTURE OVER CHEESE LAYER. TOP WITH REMAINING CHIPS AND CHEESE.

COVER AND BAKE FOR 30-40 MINUTES
