Ingredients
- 2 pounds prepared sauerkraut, from a can, bag, or deli
- 6 medium potatoes, cut into large chunks
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 pound bratwurst, cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours, or until potatoes are soft.
Serves 4 to 6.
