Ingredients
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup diced scallions
- 3 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 olive oil
- Pinch salt
