Mexican Chicken (Dana Tite Ivie)

Ingredients

  • 1 Can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Cans Chicken (I use chicken breast) shredded or cut up
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
  • 16 slices of cheese
  • 1 Large Bag Doritoes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the soups with the rotel.
Butter or spray 9x13" pan.
Then Layer:
1/2 of Chicken, then 1/2 of rotel mixture, then 1/2 of onion, 8 slices of american cheese and then 1/2 of chips.


Repeat ...dot the top layer with butter and

cover with foil. Bake 375* for 45 minutes.

Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
