Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 7 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces drained (OPTIONAL)
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, or 1/4 cup pre-cooked bacon crumbles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine soup and sour cream, and mushroom pieces. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover and cook on Low 4-5 hours, or until chicken is tender, but not dry.
4. Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
5. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
**You can add 2 cloves crushed garlic to step 2.
