Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cans Cream Style Corn
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour,baking powder,salt. Combine beaten eggs and milk, mix well.
Add to flour mixture all at once and stir until smooth.
Fold in corn. Drop from a T. into deep fat and fry till golden brown.
