Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 pkg peanut butter cups, frozen with papers removed

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except peanut butter cups.

Roll into walnut-size balls and place each ball in the cup of a small, sprayed muffin pan.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and push a peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie.

Cool in pan before removing from pan.
