Macadamia Nut Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 3 egg yolks
• 3 c milk
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1/3 c cornstarch
• 1/4 t salt
• 2 T butter....Bring to a boil over med heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 min. remove from heat.
• 1 1/2 t vanilla
• 1 c toasted & chopped mac nuts>>stir in. Pour into
• 9 " baked pei shell.
• Chill covered w/ plastic wrap.

Preparation

Step 1

Garnish with 2 T whipped cream & 1 T chopped mac nuts.
