Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 c milk
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/3 c cornstarch
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 T butter....Bring to a boil over med heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 min. remove from heat.
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 c toasted & chopped mac nuts>>stir in. Pour into
- 9 " baked pei shell.
- Chill covered w/ plastic wrap.
