Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage - chopped
- 5 green onions - chopped
- 1 or 2 small carrots - grated
- 2 pkg. Ramen Noodles - broken
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. butter
- Dressing
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Brown noodles, sunflower seeds, almonds in butter; set aside.
Mix dressing ingredients until well blended. Add dressing, noodles and nut mix to cabbage 15 - 20 minutes below serving.
