Ingredients
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes
- 3 tbsp evoo
- 1 1/2 tsp each brown sugar and salt
- 1/4 each cumin
- 1/4 chili powder
- pinch of cayenne
Preparation
Step 1
toss 2 lbs sweet potatoes - cut into wedges- with 3 tbsp evoo, 1 1/2 tsp each brown sugar and salt ,cumin and chile powder and a pinch of cayenne. roast cut side down on baking sheet in a 425 degree oven until crisp, 30 minutes, turning once
