Ingredients
- 4 whole skinless chicken breasts, split ( 8 pieces)
- 8 4x4" slices of swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, regular size
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, (pepperidge farm) crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
in a 9x13 pan arrange chicken breasts. Top with cheese. Mix together soup and wine, spread over top. Sprinkle top with crushed stuffing mix. Melt butter and drizzle evenly over top
Bake 350@ 40-45 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles,
