Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 cups cut up rhubarb
- 1 pie crust.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients till creamed. Cut up Rhubarb into pie plate with pastry crust, pour mixture over rhubarb.
Bake 450 for 10 minutes
Then 350 for 30 minutes.
