Rhubarb Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 cups cut up rhubarb
  • 1 pie crust.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients till creamed. Cut up Rhubarb into pie plate with pastry crust, pour mixture over rhubarb.

Bake 450 for 10 minutes

Then 350 for 30 minutes.
