Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 small onion, cut in rings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 2 teaspoons snipped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 6-ounce cans of mushroom caps

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all to a boil. Add 2 6-ounce cans of mushroom caps. Simmer for 5 minutes. Marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
