Ingredients
- 2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1-15 ounce can 100% pure pumpkin
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together cream cheese and pumpkin in a large bowl until smooth. Add sugar, cinnamon and ginger; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with fresh fruit, cinnamon graham crackers, gingersnap cookies, toast slices, and/or English muffins.
