Fruit Cups

These are great little individual salads for a special occasion. They have been served many times on the Dunkley Thanksgiving table.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 9 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 Tablespoons chopped maraschino cherries
- Red food coloring (Opt.)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients well. Pour into papered muffin pans and freeze. Serve on a lettuce leaf on individual salad plates.
