Ingredients
- 2 C. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 C. mayo or miracle whip
- 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 C. rice, cooked
- 1 C. sliced almonds
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- corn flakes or bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Turn into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with corn flakes or bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
