Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 C. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 C. mayo or miracle whip
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C. rice, cooked
  • 1 C. sliced almonds
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • corn flakes or bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Turn into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with corn flakes or bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
