Fudge Shoppe™ Fudge Stripes™ Coffee Cake (Tyler Samples)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 package (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix without pudding in the mix
  • 1 pacakge (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding & pie filling mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 16 Keebler® Fudge Shoppe® Fudge Stripes™ cookies , coarsely broken
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons milk
  • 4 Keebler® Fudge Shoppe® Fudge Stripes™ cookies , cut into quarters

Preparation

Step 1

1. Grease and lightly flour 12-cup fluted tube pan. Sprinkle pecans in pan.

2. In large mixer bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, sour cream, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat on low speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Increase speed to medium. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes more or until combined. Stir in 16 broken KEEBLER FUDGE SHOPPE FUDGE STRIPES cookies. Carefully spread over pecans in pan.

3. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely.
