- Fennel, roasted tomato, pepper, onion, garlic s &p
- Ricotta, parmesean cheese
Preparation
Step 1
sautee together above ingredients, then add ricotta and parm cheese.
slice potato on a manolin and blanc in oil (par fry with s & P)
Lay out pan with potato added stuffing then another layer of potato
Bake at 350 and then broil to crisp
