Caesar-Parm Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob in husks (2 1/2 lbs./1.1kg.)
  • 1/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave on high 16 minutes; turning after 8 minutes. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.

Cut bottom ends off corn cobs. Carefully remove husks and silk. (husks and corn will be hot) Spread corn with dressing mixture.
