Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups brandy
- 1/2 cup rum
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Separate eggs.
2. Beat yolks.
3. Slowly add sugar.
4. Continue beating, adding brandy, rum milk, then cream.
5. Whisk eggs whites until stiff.
6. Fold whites into mixture.
7. Serve chilled.
