Ingredients
- 8 Chicken wings (or legs)
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp.pepper
- 1 tsp. ginger power
- 1 garlic clove,pressed
- 3 T. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Oii a 9x13 inch baking dish. rinse chicken thoroughly. mix the juice and pour over the chicken. mix the herbs and spices together,sprinkle over the chicken. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degree bake for 25 minutes, remove foil and bake 20 minutes. let cool and refrigerate or freeze until ready to pack
