Breakfast Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 8 medium apples, cored, peeled, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • Sugar substitute to equal 1 Tbsp.
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. light, soft tub margarine, melted
  • 2 cups granola

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine ingredients in slow cooker.

2. Cover. Cook on Low 7-9 hours (while you sleep!) or on High 2-3 hours (after you’re up in the morning.)
