Ingredients
- 7 EGGS
- 1 1/4 CUPS MILK
- 1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 2 CUPS SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
- 1 7 OZ CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
- 1 7 OZ CAN CHOPPED JALEPENO PEPPERS (OPTIONAL)
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. BEAT EGGS WITH MILK, FLOUR AND SALT IN MEDIUM BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN CHEESE AND PEPPERS. SPOON INTO 9 X 13 INCH BAKING DISH. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET IN CENTER.
