Panera Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich(my version)

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Panera's Tomato Basil Bread (There bread freezes really well!!)
  • piquant or spicy red cherry peppers, sliced
  • feta cheese crumbles
  • cucumbers slices
  • lettuce or spinach
  • tomatoes slices
  • red onions slices
  • spicy or Mediterranean or regular hummus

Preparation

Step 1

Spread some hummus on one of the bread slices.
layer all the other ingredients on top.
Place other bread slice on top.
Eat and enjoy!!
