Peach Muffins

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup chopped peaches
• 1 Tbsp butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour and next three ingredients, cutting into crumb mixture. Set aside 1 cup.

To remaining crumbs add eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend and fold in peaches. Put in 24 muffin cups. Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter. Bake 20 minutes at 350º.

Should spray pans beforehand.
