Ingredients
- 1/4 pound cooked crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well. Set aside. Make 8 thin hamburger patties. Place equal portions of bacon mixture in center of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges together. Grill or broil 6 inches from heat source, 5-10 minutes on each side to desired doneness. Serve on buns.
