Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 8 oz pkg sour cream
- 1 pkg jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick margarine or butter
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in 9x13 pan or dish. Combine other ingredients & pour into pan, mixing in.
Shredded cheese can be added to mix or to top the last few minutes of baking.
