Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lg cans Sweet Potatoes
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix Potatoes (mashed), sugar, eggs, soften butter and milk. Put in 9x13 plan sprayed with Pam.
2. Topping - in a small bowl mix brown sugar, 1/3 cup soft butter, flour and finely chopped pecans. Sprinkle over top.
3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes uncovered.
