Ingredients
- 5 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in non-stick skillet. Add potatoes to pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Brown potatoes until almost tender. Pour milk over potatoes, cover and simmer about 10-15 minutes, until tender. Top with cheese, cover and cook until cheese is melted.
