Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 4 Cans Pork N Beans (drained)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Dash A-1 Sauce
  • 2 Dashes Ketchup
  • 1 Can Pineapple Rings
  • Bacon Slices

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mix all ingredients including a small amount of pineapple juice so mixture is fairly soupy. Place pineapples on top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place bacon on top. Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours, covering for the first half of cooking time.
