Ingredients
- 2 T. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 t. salt
- 3 & 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken or Shrimp
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup silvered almonds
- Add onions in shrimp salad!
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt until well blended. Toss with chicken, celery and almonds. Serve on bread or crisp lettuce.
