Almond Chicken Salad (or Shrimp Salad)

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 t. salt
  • 3 & 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken or Shrimp
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup silvered almonds
  • Add onions in shrimp salad!

Preparation

Step 1

Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt until well blended. Toss with chicken, celery and almonds. Serve on bread or crisp lettuce.
